| Poly Scrim Kraft Vinyl Replacement is a .0015" thick White Polypropylene Film with blended fiberglass and polyester yarns and an 11 lb. Kraft paper backing. It is the most economical white reinforced facing. It has good strength, appearance and light reflectivity as well as excellent low temperature workability. Water Vapor transmission rate (ASTM-E-96) of .090 Perms. Light Reflectivity (ASTM C-523), illuminant D-6500 = 87%. Cold Weather Workability = 0 deg. F. Bursting Strength of 60 psi. |

Tabs |
Tab options are (1) 6" Tab or 2 - 3" Tabs. 1 - 6" Tab will be provided on one side of the insulation rolls with no tab on the other side of the roll. Usually 1 - 6" Tab is used when the erector is going to use spray adhesive to seal the insulation roll side joints. 2 - 3" Tabs will be provided on both sides of the insulation rolls. 2 - 3" Tabs are usually used when the insulation roll side joints are going to be folded and stapled. Unless specifically called out in a specification, this is strictly a preference of the erector. |
