Vision Steel Buildings Facade Systems are available in two styles, VERTICAL or SLOPED, each with its own distinct aesthetic appearance.
Any facade height from 4'-0 to 8'-0, is available for SIDEWALL application on ANY BUILDING WIDTH; however, the ENDWALL application is restricted to standard building widths of 20' through 200' (1/2:12 slope) and 20' through 100' (1:12 slope). Endwall facade height must cover the peak. Endwall & Sidewall Facades on the same Building must be the same height.
Facade cover is available in 26 gauge Dura-Rib, 26 gauge Vision Mark, and 24 gauge CFWII in standard colors.

Vision Steel Buildings facades include standard Dura-Rib soffit in Shell White with facade back-up panel, and 20 gauge facade gutter at eave, in conjunction with standard facade cover and trim for completely enclosed facade structural.
Unless specified otherwise at time of order, facade and soffit fasteners will be the same type ordered for the wall cover.
Facade corner flash will match facade panel color with soffit corner and support trim at wall matching soffit color. All other facade and soffit flashing is provided Shell White.
FACADE FRAMING ONLY...may be purchased for use with cover and trim materials not by Vision, i.e., plywood with shingles.

PLEASE NOTE: When using conventional materials, the allowable load of facade and/or soffit cover must not exceed a maximum of 18 pounds per lineal foot of facade.

For facade systems without soffit and back-up cover, Vision Steel Buildings provides galvanized finish for cold form members and zinc- enriched coating for all other exposed structural members. If exposed facade framing is to be field painted, Vision Steel Buildings can provide red primer structural members.
Endwall facades are entered per endwall, spanning the full width of the building. Partial endwall facades are not allowed.
